  2. We offer 25 USD shipping discount on all T-Pot orders.
  3. We offer 50 USD shipping discount on all Purifier units.
What ever you buy, your shipping discount has already been deducted from shipping cost shown in the check-out page.

    @ AQUOZEN+ we minimize the burden of shipping for our customers worldwide. Following our philosophy of low carbon footprint, we ship all our products only once, from the manufacturing workshop to your doorsteps. We avoid merchandises moving from warehouse to warehouse.

    Your orders are sent by either one of the 3 best courier in the world; UPS, Fedex, DHL: Whoever is cheapest for your destination at the time of order. This way, we guaranty the best rates and we know that your order is in good hands. AQUOZEN items are very diverse in size and weight. From a 1.5 Kg T-pot on a small box (TP-Box) to a 15 Kg Ceramic Purifier in a big box. Shipping costs are calculated on your checkout page according to weight and volume for air shipment.

     

    SAFE PACKAGING

    Cast Iron & Clay Tea-pots are delivered in a wooden box with proper padding to secure the item during shipping. Gravity Purifiers and filters are breakable objects but don't worry, your order will be safe. Our packaging has been tested and re-tested with dropping packages several time from 4 feet ( 1.2 m) and from different angles. We have a 100% non-broken delivery record. Your purifier is insured by the shipping courier company for damages happening under their care.

      

     

    SHIPPING TERMS

    After your payment is confirmed and your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email that you provided during checkout. Orders are processed within 48 Hours. Our normal time frame to process and ship your order is 5 to 10 business days from the date your order is paid for in full. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

    Although improbable, delays in delivery time from our warehouse may occur during periods of exceptionally inclement weather. All orders are sent "Signature Required". If you would prefer a "No Signature Required" for delivery, you must indicate this in the "Order Notes" section of the checkout process. 

     

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 

    Most of our orders are international shipments. We do not keep stocks in different countries but we ship from our factory. After selecting items in your cart, you must enter your postal code for a shipping estimate. All international customers are responsible for any customs charges, taxes, duties and/or brokerage charges (if applicable), which vary by country.

    We recommend that as a customer, you understand the process by which these fees are paid, (usually at the point of package receipt). We are not responsible for any package once it is taken by courier company. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding these types of shipments. 

    Hotels or companies wishing to order several Purifier units should contact us to arrange a special shipping methods adapted to larger cargo.

     

     FOLLOWING YOUR ORDER SHIPMENT

    After receiving your order and payment, we notify you by email about reception of your order. Within 48 hours we will process your order and arrange the shipment with Fedex, DHL or UPS. You will receive an email informing you about the ETD-ETA as well as the courier AQUOZEN & its legal representative company YF Industries Ltd., reserve the right to ship your order via the carrier or shipping method of our choice. We reserve the right to change the shipment method if we deem it necessary to fulfill your order in a more efficient and expeditious manner. Any special shipping request must be added and detailed notes must be left in the “order instructions” section of your order checkout. Aquozen will not be responsible for any request that is not legible or omitted from the “order instructions”.
